In today’s video I share something I had never considered, even though I have had over 20 years of training and working in the psychology and personal development field. (And I was pretty much an expert in everything I could get my hands on to do with anxiety!) This totally changed my relationship to what was going on inside my head as I started to see my thoughts as temporary visitors rather than a true commentary on my life and who I was and how I was doing.
