WANTED:  3 Principles-based coaches and practitioners who want to see their reach, impact and profits expand in 2020

simplicity. grace.

EASE.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned over the last five years, it’s that trying really hard to figure things out and then working really hard is the worst business strategy there is :).

Instead, there’s a balance to be found between;

a) engaging our intellect and getting practical

and

b) falling back into the spaciousness of pure awareness and peace into which contentment, love and elegantly simple business ideas arise.

What if we really stopped looking outside of ourselves for answers as to which direction to take our business in next? Looked to see where the creative flow of life is already beckoning us and followed that? What if our job was to uncover the path Mind has laid out for us, rather than go dig the damn thing ourselves?

Why don’t we always operate this way? Why do we lose the balance and go right off into ‘doing and thinking’ or alternatively veering away from the practical at all costs. Because we forget, that’s all.

What if you had a coach and mentor who was up for exploring this balance themselves and bringing you along on the journey – someone who has already created a successful Principles-Based business but knows she still has plenty more to see?

Someone who can not only answer the practical questions about marketing, creating online courses and new programs coupled with the knowing of the the hugely powerful potential of what shows up when we fall out of ‘doing mode’ in our true nature.

I think we could pioneer a completely different way of being in business.

Between 2009-2013 I built my software and coaching business to a million dollars in annual revenues. But boy, did I do it the hard way.

With drive and ambition and striving and ‘going out of my comfort zone’ and figuring it out and doing things other people were scared to and doing things I was scared to and copying other peoples’ marketing and mindset strategies and working all hours and thinking about working all hours I wasn’t actually working and hiring and firing staff because they weren’t as driven and fast as I was and creating bigger and bigger goals so that I could finally get…….there.

It was like I was at the helm of a motor boat, the engine revving at top speed and all my attention was spent on steering the boat in the direction I had decided to go.

Phew! No wonder I ended up a totally burnt out mess.

And thank goodness for that experience as it brought me to the understanding of the Principles.

Since 2013 I have realised a completely different way of being in business.

No I haven’t discovered the Principles and ‘done nothing’ 🙂

At first, there was the transition period from working with people in the way I was used to doing – to this whole different way of being and working that meant my income plummeted and life was extremely frustrating (so if that’s you, I know where you are!)

But out the other side of this transition, this beautiful thing called A Little Peace of Mind emerged which continues to expand and impact more and more people – and create a profitable business that allows me to support my family while it does.

In fact the trajectory of growth is turning out to be the same as my previous business, but is being created from completely different foundations.

It turns out that the less I get involved the better. One where something bigger than me is running the show and simply uses my fingers and voice to get the job done.

Where programs are being created and delivered to clients all around the world, new ways of reaching people are showing themselves, and a team has been grown effortlessly that I simply love the very bones of.

It’s like the motor boat became a sail boat.

become a fellow explorer

If you’re a 3 Principles-based coach and you’d like to explore this balance between doing and being…

I know you want to share the understanding that has been so transformative for you.

I know that the ease and grace with which you experience the expansion of your business is directly proportional to depth of understanding about how life and creativity really works.

So we’ll definitely be looking there.

AND there’s a practical element to growing a business – you wouldn’t go out and perform dentistry or fly a plane without some how-to training – no matter how deep your grounding in the Principles. But your grounding WILL determine how easily you simply take in information and are able to implement it effortlessly.

And then of course, there’s simply going out there and doing what looks obvious to be done.

We’ll be using the context of growing our businesses to explore together this balance between doing and being.

Getting better and better at discerning when it’s time for the intellect to play it’s part in our creations and when to drop that and rest in the space before thought.

These elements are all included in the structure of this brand new Navigated by Mind 12 month program.

So whether you looking to expand the number of clients you have, or already have a thriving practice but sense you’re working way harder than you need to be…..you’re very welcome to join me.

how does it work?

Grounding + Practical Stuff + Implementation

Three Intensives

We’ll meet as a group three times over the year of the program in a virtual retreat format so there’s no need to travel.

Here’s the schedule (each retreat runs 10am – 4pm UK time each day)

13, 14, 15 January 2020: The Simplicity Intensive

Here we’re going right back to basics. You’ve made this whole being in business thing soooo much more complicated than it needs to be. Let’s strip it back, re-discover what really lies behind a simpler, more graceful experience of being in business.

11, 12, 13 May 2020: The Doing Intensive

How can we  move forward in a frictionless way and navigate our experience of doing our work with more ease and grace? That’s the subject we’ll be exploring in this intensive. Bring what you have been doing, what you are currently doing and what you want to be doing and get a fresh perspective on all of it.

 14, 15, 16 September 2020: The Being Intensive

“I can do more good in this world sitting on my beanbag in the sunshine that going out there creating all those programs and talking to all those people” – one game changing insight for me that changed everything. Here we’ll explore how who you’re being trumps what you’re doing every single time.

Fifteen Form and Formless Q&A Calls

Throughout the year, you’ll have the opportunity to check in with me to share your progress and ask questions about anything that seems to be getting in the way of you simply, quietly and effortlessly growing your business.

Each call will be dedicated either to the Formless (bring practical issues and we’ll discover how diving deeper into this understanding brings solutions) or the Form (yes, in these calls you can ask me practical questions about your business and actually get a practical answer 🙂

Throughout these calls, we’ll also be exploring the following:

  • Entrepreneurial resilience: got a great idea, take two steps forward then find yourself going ‘Oh shit! What am I doing?’ and pulling the plug? I’ll help you move beyond that so that you can actually bring all that inspired action into real products and services that sell.
  • Beating yourself up about the speed of growth: I’ll help you get a fresh perspective on that because after all, having your head full of that crap isn’t really helping, right?
  • Knowing how to navigate: it’s so easy to fall into the ‘got to get it right’ game. I’ll be a continual reminder to look to your own wisdom as you move your business forward over the next 12 months.
  • I should vs. I know: discerning the difference between ‘I should do it this way’ and ‘I know to do it that way’. Huge difference. Massive impact on your day-to-day experience of being in business.
  • Overcoming any obstacle: find yourself stuck or going round in circles sometimes? We’ll deal with that so you know what to do each every time it comes up.
  • Thriving in business: there are business owners that succeed with striving, driving and working every hour god sends. Then there are those who are incredibly productive and work in a healthy way. I’ll keep you on track with this.

And you can bring practical questions too! Got a question about your pricing, want a fresh perspective when you go through a period when it feels like everyone is saying ‘no’ to hiring you, have a practical issue with setting up an online course, want a sounding board for a new program idea or find yourself feeling stuck?

Bring these to the calls, pick my practical marketing and business brains – get practical answers AND a pointing back to the space from which all this is being created.

Practical Mini-Courses

I’ll create a series of ‘as-required’ short videos to share practical  resources and tools with you that you might wish to use on your own journey. For example, I’ll show you the simplest platform I’ve found for delivering online courses, how to create your own podcast and how Facebook can help you reach more people.

Not all of you will want or need all of these, but they will be there if there’s a simple practical element of how-to that’s holding you back.

Three Implementation Months

During the months of April, August and December you’ll be asked to come up with a practical project you’d like to implement and work on to discover for yourself what we’ve been exploring.

We won’t have any calls or intensives in these months – they are for you to follow your own wisdom – see how you can rely on your own knowing, and find out what happens when you try sailing solo and navigated purely by Mind.

Small Group Size

Navigated by Mind will be limited to a maximum of 30 participants for this intake. This is to allow me to get to know you and your work and so that everyone will have an opportunity to ask questions and receive my support.

YOur Guide

In 2017, I created a brand new Three-Principles based business where I help clients find freedom from panic attacks, anxiety and stress.

In the course of that year I built a brand new website that has attracted over a million views, a highly-targeted mailing list of over 100,000 people from all over the world, launched a podcast that has so far received over 316,500 downloads, a Facebook Page with 30,000 fans and a maintained a Twitter following of 22,000. I have  coached around 2,000 clients both through online programs and individual coaching, signed a publishing deal for my book with Hay House, which became an Amazon bestseller, and have created almost £600,000 in revenues in the last 2.5 years.

Big numbers, but you know what’s more important? The simplicity, ease and grace with which this has happened is COMPLETELY different to the driving, striving and work-really-hard-because-then-you’ll-make-it approach I used to grow my previous software and coaching business. There’s something different powering my business. Something truly awesome.

It’s THAT that I want to share with other Three-Principles based practitioners so that their work can reach more people while maintaining that sense of beauty, ease and grace.

Nic is a genius at making business simple and at keeping it to the ethos from which the business began. In the time I spent with Nic, I received a tonne of simple, practical ideas and an unbelievably clear tutorial in two software programmes. All of it delivered with her usual fun, laughter and no-nonsense, say-it-as-it-is encouragement. Brilliant!
