Falling More Deeply in Love
An exploration of what lies behind deeply satisfying relationships
What would it be like to fall
more deeply in love?
There is a simple yet profound understanding about what makes humans tick that has the potential to transform every relationship.
Which expands our hearts, strengthens our marriages, brings a sense of light-heartedness to our day-to-day lives and allows our relationships to unfold in a rewarding and effortless way.
That enables us to fall more deeply in love with the person we’re already with.
That’s what I’d love to invite you to explore with me.
Imagine a relationship where there was less resentment, arguments and fighting. Where you’re able to rest in each other’s company and enjoy intimacy and love as a default. Where you didn’t need to spend time worrying about your relationship?
What if it only took you?
Really? Yes, what if it only took you to explore this and everything could change? If you didn’t have to get him/her involved at all and yet a deeper form of love and intimacy was still possible?
How would it be to have a fresh start and begin to create and nurture a deeper sense of intimacy, love and connection in your marriage or relationship?
I’m the first to confess, I’m not an expert in this area – it’s simply one I’d love to explore more deeply. However, I know a man who is 🙂
Dr George Pransky is the author of The Relationship Handbook.
Together we’ll study the book, George will runnning three masterclasses and I invite you to explore your own relationship in the context of the understanding this book brings over the course of 6 weekly group calls.
A Fresh Start
No matter how long you’ve been together, there’s the opportunity to see something new that can completely transform your relationship from this point forwards. A re-boot of your relationship and a completely fresh start.
Moods & Emotions
We’ll explore how our relationship with our moods and emotions (and theirs) can create discord and upset. A deeper understanding gives us the ability to transcend the same old pitfalls in this area.
Only the biggest killer of love in a relationship! If you think he/she should be doing more of certain things and less of others, this week will allow you to gain a fresh perspective on this.
If your relationship seems like hard work, if you find yourself worrying about how to ‘fix it’ or trying to change your partner, you’ll be relieved to hear there’s a simpler way to bring long-term sustainable change to the way you are together.
Don’t worry, this will enter the conversation way before week 5! This week is our opportunity to explore this with more focus. How can we fall ever more deeply in love with our partners?
Here we’ll explore where intimacy comes from and what gets in the way of it. With this understanding comes an ever richer connection and commitment to the one that we love.
A Simple Approach
You’ll need to get yourself a copy of The Relationship Handbook and each week, you’ll be asked to read up to three specific chapters.
See what lands as new for you as you consider your own relationship over the course of the week.
Then, starting 2pm Friday, 20th April, we’ll get together on an online call each week.
I’ll teach a little around the topic and then open up for discussion.
On Thursday 24th May, Dr George Pransky will be running a Masterclass for the program. Here’s your chance to learn from one of the pioneers of this understanding and someone who has worked with hundreds if not thousands of couples to help them fall more deeply in love.
George and I will also be creating two additional Masterclasses for the program.
Falling More Deeply In Love
Starts Monday 16th April.
I am a mother of three and an Advanced Transformational coach. My own life was transformed from one of anxiety, seriousness and stress to one where I experience a light-heartedness and carefreeness I never knew was possible. This has made a huge difference to my own relationship and I know there’s always more to see. I’d love you to join me on this exploration.
