What would it be like to feel ‘at home’ more of the time?
There is a simple yet profound understanding about what makes humans tick that has the potential to transform every element of our lives.
Which expands our hearts, strengthens our relationships, brings a sense of light-heartedness to our day-to-day lives and allows our lives to unfold in a rewarding and effortless way.
That’s what I’d love to invite you to explore in this month-long program.
There are three simple principles, the understanding of which help us fall more deeply in love with the lives we already have. Let’s take some time to really explore them.
When we come home to our true nature and live in a quieter mind more of the time, this has implications for our daily lives. How can we integrate this understanding with our very real looking lives?
With a deeper understanding, we find ourselves living in a peaceful feeling as our lives become more aligned with love and wisdom.
I’m the first to confess, I’m not an expert in this area – it’s simply one I’d love to explore more deeply. However, I know a man who is 🙂
Dr Dicken Bettinger is one of the co-authors of Coming Home: Uncovering the Foundations of Psychological Wellbeing
Over the period of a month, together we’ll study the book. There will be a short weekly video and you’ll meet once a week with me on a call to share insights and discuss questions as we explore what it truly means to come home.
Dicken and I will also be creating two additional videos to answer all your questions
Week 1: The Three Principles
Here we’ll lay the foundations for the whole month together. What are the Principles and how can this breakthrough in understanding how life is created make a difference?
Week 2: Living in Harmony with the Principles
There are profound benefits to realizing the Principles for ourselves. More truth, more joy, more connection and more beauty. Let’s see what it means to live in harmony with this understanding.
Week 3: The Principles in Daily Life
“When will I get my insights?”, “How can I stop getting caught up in thought?”, “What about other people that are annoying me?”, “Do I really just sit around and do nothing?”. Just a handful of the questions we’ll explore.
4. Coming Home
What does it mean to live with a quiet mind more of the time? To rest in the now? To be truly present? To have a deeper connection to life? What does it reallly mean to come home? Let’s find out for ourselves.
A Simple Approach
You’ll need to get yourself a copy of Coming Home and each week, you’ll be asked to read specific chaptersof the book.
Each week you’ll receive a short video from me and you’ll be invited to explore what lands as new for you as you consider your own life over the course of the week.
Then, starting 12pm Eastern/ 5pm UK on Sunday 24th November we’ll get together on an online call each Sunday during the 4 week program.
I’ll share a little around the topic and then open up for discussion and questions.
Masterclasses with Dicken
As the program progresses, I’ll be gathering your questions and areas where you’d like to see this more deeply.
There will be a live Q&A call with Dicken during the 4 weeks so you can ask him in person, and then Dicken and I will also create an additional masterclass together to share with you, tailored to what comes up as we explore.
Join us as we explore together

Dr Dicken Bettinger is the founder of 3 Principles Mentoring and the author of Coming Home. He became licensed as a clinical psychologist in 1983 and retired his psychotherapy practice after working as a psychologist for 31 years. Twenty-eight years ago he met Sydney Banks who had an enlightenment experience where he realized the Three Principles that underlie all human experience. Dicken had finally found universal principles that he could teach anyone. He was grateful to find something that was simple in nature yet had the profound effect of raising the quality of a person’s life. He feels fortunate that for 23 years he was able to learn directly from Sydney Banks. In 2008 Dicken received a Certificate of Competency from Mr. Banks authorizing him to teach the Three Principles..
