A little peace of mind

for parents

If you have a child or teenager that’s struggling with school, family or social life then I’d like to let you know about the work I do specifically with parents to help you be the best support possible for your kids.

That’s right, I don’t work with your kids, I work with YOU.

And what you’ll learn will make you so much more helpful to your children as you support them through their inevitable challenges.

As a mother of three (now teenagers), what I have learned through my own experience has completely transformed my experience of my family and I’d love to share with you what I’ve seen so that you can a) relax (!) and b) you can find that lovely warm feeling in your household you want so badly but feels like might be lacking right now.

So if you’ve tried everything – and nothing seems to be working – I’d love to help.

here are some of the things I can help with

struggling to return to school

When our kids are preoccupied with worrying, it’s no wonder their studies and relationships there can suffer. Not every kid is returning easily to school at the moment and although the school might be trying to help – you’re the one trying to pick up the pieces at the beginning and end of the school day.

anxious and withdrawn

What I’ve seen time and again is that the problem isn’t actually that our child is anxious. It’s that we are anxious about our child’s anxiety. Solve YOUR anxieties about your kid – and this has a huge impact on how you handle them.

failing to thrive with services

Waiting lists can be long or your child may already be seeing someone but just not really seeming to progress. My coaching is with you, the parent, and we should be able to start pretty much straight away.

moody, sullen and stroppy

If you’ve had enough of the endless bickering, lack of kindness or respect, answering back and doing nothing but sitting on devices (!) and you want to see something new.

exam stress

The pressures of exams and testing can really get to some kids. We’ll help them get their heads clear so they can focus and perform to the best of their ability.

friendship problems

When our kids are struggling with their social lives, we can often feel powerless in the face of all the interactions that take place when we’re not there to provide support.

work with me

If you want to spend some time with someone who has direct experience of all of the above in her own family, and has seen something profound that has helped immeasurably.

Someone who understands what it’s like to want an end to the crazy, a warm loving family environment and knows how to find that.

This is the work that I do.

I’d love to help.
